I asked siri "walmart". Siri presented these results to me.
I immediately realized that search result was missing my nearest Walmart store. I
knew something went wrong, but what. On the same screen I typed
"walmart" in search box and hit search, I got the right results.
Very interesting. Siri and I used the same application (Maps on iPhone), used the same search string ("walmart") and got different search results.
Could there be a case that siri is supplying some sort of wrong parameters to the Maps app and that is why Maps app was giving wrong results. This is just my guess. Only Apple can confirm about the truth.
